BODY WORSHIP BY KING — TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
By scheduling or participating in a Body Worship experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

AGE REQUIREMENT
All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification may be requested before a session. No exceptions will be made.

NATURE OF BODY WORSHIP
Body Worship is a private, touch-based personal experience built around relaxation, personal attention, sensual atmosphere, and the art of touch.
Body Worship is not represented as licensed massage therapy, physical therapy, medical treatment, or any other licensed healthcare service. King is not a Tennessee-licensed massage therapist.
No diagnosis, medical treatment, rehabilitation, pain-management treatment, or therapeutic outcome is offered or guaranteed. Clients seeking treatment for an injury, illness, chronic pain, or other medical condition should consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

CONSENT & PERSONAL BOUNDARIES
Your comfort determines your experience.
Before the experience begins, clients are encouraged to communicate their personal boundaries and comfort level. Consent to one form of touch does not constitute consent to another.
Consent is continuous and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
There are no code words. “No,” “stop,” “don't,” pulling away, or any other clear verbal or physical indication that contact should stop will be respected immediately.
You never have to provide a reason for changing your mind or declining any portion of an experience.

SKIN-TO-SKIN CONTACT
Certain Body Worship experiences may incorporate intentional skin-to-skin contact as described when selecting the experience.
Skin-to-skin contact does not constitute consent to sexual activity. Clients may decline or discontinue any form of contact at any point.
Specific boundaries and comfort levels should be discussed before the experience begins.

STRICTLY NO SEXUAL SERVICES
Body Worship does not offer sexual intercourse, oral sex, masturbation, genital stimulation, anal stimulation, or any other sexual service.
Payment, gratuity, booking an experience, or selecting a particular experience never creates an entitlement to sexual contact.
Requests, offers, or attempts to negotiate payment for sexual activity may result in the immediate termination of the session.

NATURAL PHYSICAL RESPONSES
Because Body Worship may involve close physical contact, relaxation, and a sensual environment, involuntary physiological responses can occur.
An involuntary bodily response does not constitute consent, an invitation to sexual activity, or permission to disregard established boundaries.
If either participant becomes uncomfortable for any reason, the experience may be paused or ended.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
Deposits may be transferred to another appointment when permitted under the rescheduling policy but are not redeemable for cash.
Any remaining balance must be paid before the experience begins.
Accepted payment methods include Cash App, Zelle, and debit or credit card. Cash is accepted only for optional gratuities.
Gratuities are appreciated but never required.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Clients should provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule.
Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If Body Worship cancels an appointment and an acceptable alternative date cannot be arranged, any amount paid toward the canceled appointment will be refunded or credited at the client's choice.

LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late may reduce the amount of time available for your experience so that subsequent appointments are not disrupted. The original booking price may still apply.

RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICE
Body Worship reserves the right to refuse, pause, or immediately terminate an experience when reasonably necessary because of:
poor hygiene; visible or unexplained contagious-looking skin conditions; threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, or disorderly behavior; apparent intoxication or impairment; repeated disregard of established boundaries; solicitation of sexual services; unauthorized photography or recording; or circumstances that reasonably create a safety concern.
A session terminated because of serious misconduct or violation of these Terms may not qualify for a refund.

HEALTH & ALLERGIES
Clients are responsible for communicating relevant allergies, sensitivities, injuries, recent surgeries, skin conditions, or other circumstances that could reasonably affect their ability to participate safely.
Oils, lotions, fragrances, or similar topical products may be used during an experience. Please disclose known sensitivities before the session begins.
Body Worship does not provide medical advice or determine whether participation is medically appropriate for an individual.

PRIVACY & DISCRETION
What happens at Body Worship stays private.
Client privacy and discretion are fundamental to the experience. Personal information, appointment details, and information shared during a session will not be voluntarily disclosed to third parties without the client's permission except where disclosure is required by law, necessary to address an immediate safety concern, or reasonably necessary to process or defend a payment or legal dispute.

PHOTOGRAPHY & RECORDING
Photography, video recording, audio recording, livestreaming, or other recording of an experience is prohibited unless everyone involved has provided explicit permission beforehand.
Body Worship will never use a client's photograph, likeness, testimonial, or session content for advertising without authorization.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for personal belongings brought to an appointment. Please secure valuables before beginning your experience.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
Body Worship is designed to create a private, sensual, respectful environment without crossing established sexual or personal boundaries.
Both the client and King are expected to respect one another's boundaries throughout the experience.
Either participant may end an experience when a boundary has been violated or when continuing would create discomfort or a reasonable safety concern.
 
VOYEUR / SESSION OBSERVER POLICY
A client may bring one consenting adult guest, referred to as a Voyeur, to privately observe their Body Worship experience. All Voyeurs must be at least 18 years of age and must be approved by King before the session begins.
The Voyeur is present for observation only and may not touch, participate in, direct, interrupt, photograph, record, or otherwise interfere with the experience unless King has expressly authorized participation beforehand.
The Voyeur must respect the privacy, boundaries, and consent of everyone involved. The client, King, or the Voyeur may request that the observation end at any time. King also reserves the right to require the Voyeur to leave immediately if their presence becomes disruptive, inappropriate, or interferes with the comfort or boundaries of the session.
By remaining present, the Voyeur agrees to maintain the strict confidentiality and privacy of anything personally observed or disclosed during the session.

LIMITATION OF EXPECTATIONS
Individual experiences and responses vary. Body Worship does not guarantee relaxation, physical improvement, emotional results, sexual response, or any particular outcome.
Nothing contained on the Body Worship website, social media accounts, advertising, or communications should be interpreted as medical advice or a promise of a specific result.

AGREEMENT
By booking an appointment, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old; you understand that King is not a Tennessee-licensed massage therapist; you understand the nature of the Body Worship experience; you have had an opportunity to ask questions; and you voluntarily agree to these Terms and the boundaries associated with the experience you selected.
You retain the right to withdraw consent to any portion of the experience at any time.
