Deposits and Payments:
To secure your service booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. If needed, this deposit can be transferred to another booking. The remaining balance of your payment must be settled upon arrival, before any services are rendered. We accept Cashapp, Zelle, and Debit or Credit card payments. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Services:
Our services are performed by an experienced professional whom may not be licensed by the state in which he or she operates. It's important to understand that all services are intended for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee any therapeutic results.
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service for any of the following reason: poor hygiene, body rash or unexplained breakouts, suspicion of drug use including but no limited to alcohol, marijuana, prescription pills, disorderly conduct, and requesting sexual favors.
In the event your service is refused for any of the above occurrences you will not be entitled to a refund for any monies paid.
NO means NO:
There are no code words. NO, STOP, DON'T, or any word or body motion that signifies such will be interpreted as NO, STOP, or DON'T.
You may at anytime doing this service reject, deny, or refuse and part of the service.
Strict Non-Sexual Relations Policy:
We strictly adhere to a non-sexual relations policy. There will be no sexual activity performed on any parties involved in this transaction. However, due to the nature of the service, there may be times when your body parts come in close contact with the masseur. We kindly request you to communicate your level of comfort with the masseur at all times.
Prohibited Sexual Activity:
– “Sexual activity” means any direct or indirect physical contact or communication by any person or between persons which is intended to erotically stimulate either person or both or which is likely to cause such stimulation and includes but is not limited to, sexual intercourse, fellatio, cunnilingus, masturbation or anal intercourse. “Sexual activity” can involve the use of any device or object or conversation and is not dependent on whether penetration, orgasm or ejaculation occurred. As used in these rules, “masturbation” means the manipulation of any body tissue with the intent to cause sexual arousal.
Privacy:
Your privacy is very important to us. We will never share your information on no level. We believe in protecting your personal details, therefore everything that happens between our clients and our company remains solely between the two.
Disclaimer:
Considering the nature of our massages, it is possible that arousal may occur. You have the right to stop your service at any time. We maintain professionalism throughout, but it is not uncommon for a masseur to experience arousal in the form of an erection. In such cases, either you or your masseur can request a cool down period, typically lasting 5 to 10 minutes. This cooling down time will not be counted against your service duration.
Additionally, please note that we are not responsible for any uncontrollable orgasm, allergic reactions, or pre-existing and post-medical conditions that may arise as a direct result of our services.
